Goma, Democratic Republic of Congo — Deputy Governor Willy Manzi Ngarambe joined Seventh-day Adventist youth in Goma to mark Global Youth Day, using the occasion to promote civic responsibility and community solidarity.

During the event, organized by members of the Seventh-day Adventist Church, Ngarambe officially launched a blood donation campaign aimed at supporting local health services and saving lives in the region.

In his remarks, the deputy governor emphasized the values of compassion, love for one’s neighbor and active citizenship, calling on young people to play a leading role in strengthening social cohesion in North Kivu.
